These particular ones are drop style biscuits. So you make the dough wetter than you would for biscuits you’re gonna roll out and cut, and then drop them onto whatever you’re baking them on with a spoon.
Would share if I had one! :) I don’t use one. lol I’ve just done it so much I can eyeball it depending on how many biscuits I’m making. Basic biscuit ingredients; flour, salt, butter, milk or buttermilk…which I never have so I just mix a little white vinegar into some milk.
Are you using rising baking floor or do you ad baking soda or powder? I like the wetter than normal so you don’t have to overwork the dough. I appreciate it.
