I’m in one of those moods where nothing seems appealing to do. Like I’ve tried watching stuff, tried video games, tried reading. I’m just sat here dissociating 😅

i hope you recover from it :c been there and not fun. maybe trying something new does help or doing something super full of meaning like helping someone you care about does it
sometimes sitting in silence and focusing on your breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth for however long you feel needed helps clear out any bad energy - i do it every day 🙌🏼
