So glad you have, Jack, it's really important stuff. My 'refreshing my brain ready for sleep' place is a beautiful, walled garden with a wooden gate (closed!) and I'm sitting in dappled shade. It's very relaxing there!
Thanks Robin, I think more people have worries that lead to various issues big or small. Being outside in nature, and making plans around that has certainly helped a lot.
Thanks for sharing and glad you've managed to find something to help give you that balance. The world will give you worry quite easily. So finding that place of calm in whatever space is a good thing
Of course it's important! We need nature more than ever, in these difficult times. I'm lucky to live in rural Nova Scotia with field and forest all around, and it soothes my stressed soul just to look outside. Thank you for sharing.
