Oh, it absolutely did! I'm a big dumb creature who's too affectionate and loves to introduce him to everyone, and he's a little nerd who's just adorable for being himself. You have no idea how much I shout "it's my BOYFRIEEEND" whenever I meet him because of this one comic. Love it to bits!

I'm a bit of a comics fan, though I don't really know much about superhero comics. I found a blog post talking about Liefield's art, then sometime later I overheard a couple of freshman students in animation school talk about him again, so it stuck with me haha.

I found out about Rob Liefield when I used to collect and resell from places growing up. Blog sites brought my attention to how awful he is during art college xD. But, Rob was talented. He doesn't want to get better as fame and money got to his head. He somehow made good art from time to time.
