oh it definitely works! But I'm so curious why the game only lags when it's streaming 🤔 when I'm playing without streaming the game runs smoothly without lags, so I'm guessing OBS might be stressing the CPU for something that I don't know 🤔

Might be good to make sure you're on hardware encoding, if possible. Right when Festival S6 started my OBS randomly switched to software and I didn't know for a couple of days, had chalked it up to Festival being Festival.
I don't have stutters like the one you showed, but I do sometimes have little micro stutters when I'm playing and streaming, even with black venue. They usually only last a couple of frames and don't mess me up, but sometimes it hiccups decently.
