#microscopy folks!

Does anyone have experience in combining fixed mitotracker dye with immunostaining of antibodies? Either in cell culture or tissue samples? Would love to hear tips and tricks!

Alternatively, any rhodamine-based or organic dye fixation combined with immunostaining.
