With over $150 billion spent every year on supplements, I would expect many people would be interested in the effectiveness of them. More importantly would be the harm nutritional supplements might do to the people who take them.
Remember, "You can fool most of the people some of the time."
I would like to follow up on this, my biggest skepticism with supplements and benefits is the lack of credible studies that show benefits. I've heard plenty of anecdotes but I'd love to see some real evidence!
https://Examine.com used to have a lot of great info about peer-reviewed human studies of a ton of supplements, but it's really gone downhill in the last few years.
