I used my mushrooms I cooked up yesterday to make a tasty sandwich.

Realized I could crack the egg onto some of the mushrooms in my pan, and then the mushrooms wouldn’t fall out of my sandwich.

Added some greens and a slice of bacon, some mayo. Yum.
