The saga of SCOTUSblog founder Tom Goldstein keeps getting uglier. Earlier today, the DOJ re-arrested Mr. Goldstein, contending that he had conducted millions of dollars in crypto transactions over the past week, hiding the assets from the Court and Pre-Trial Services.
