My guess is Musk is pulling the strings. That's why he refuses to let Trump out of his sight and has moved in to Mar a Lago.
Question is, who is pulling Musk's strings? Putin seems most likely.

He's already planted the seeds of division. The tariffs will cause unemployment & economic distress.
