i want to be an IDW artist so bad it makes me look stupid i know this is a huge oversimplification but if drawing hedgehogs all day was my job i would be so happy. like. comics are so, so much work, but the effort is worth it. and i think sonic is going to have real staying power throughout my life - ThreadSky

the biggest thing i’m working on is my speed and that’s already improved a lot! it gets better with every page as i get more comfortable with my process. my line control has improved SO much too over just the last few months. i’m really proud of how far i’ve come and i know i can make it!!

before comics, i never had any sense of interest in a “career.” but from the moment i read that first issue of sonic i knew i wanted to do that more than anything. and it felt like an impossible pipe dream back then. but i’ve been putting in the work, learning, growing, preparing

I find it so inspiring that you have such a passion to get to that specific end goal and willing to do whatever to get to it whether it be a lot of posing or comic work or anatomy :)
