Had to happen either that or more government funding. Lots more negative press coming the governments way but it does seem like they are getting the unpopular things that have to happen out of the way in the first year
If you cut the international students and leave universities starved of that revenue, they'll have to raise more revenue from domestic students. This follows from the anti immigration frenzy no one anywhere near power seems willing to challenge.
