🚨🚨Per 10 USC Ch. 5: JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF, the CJCS requires the position to be a military officer. This has always been a 4-star General or Admiral. Dan Caine is a RETIRED 3-star. Is FOTUS bringing him back to Active Duty with a promotion?? The CJCS also requires Senate confirmation.
