Season 2 of Apothecary Diaries continues to deliver a stupendous little period mystery story with more comedy than I expected, and I love it. Having tried both dub and dub I personally prefer the sub performances, the dub is still very good though

I get it! I just looove Emi Lo as Maomao, and Kaiji Tang as Jinshi might be my favorite role of his.

And yeah, Maomao is SO GOOD. I LOVE HER.

While some of the changes Beastars Season 3 has made from the manga bother me deeply, I actually thing most of its changes are for the better. The pacing and storytelling feel a little bit more solid now. It'll really all come down to how its second half delivers.

The Wicked movie damn made me cry. Goddamn, what a stupendous looking and sounding movie. The scene in the nightclub/bar had no right making me tear up like it did, and the climax was breathtaking. I'm so excited for the second part, and I'm hoping they make some small adjustments to bring it home.

Sonic 3 still suffers from being a "Live-Action Sonic Movie" but it also continues to show how good these films can be when they fully commit to the characters we care about and their stories. After Knuckles, I was nervous we'd see a step down from 2. But 3 is, arguably, a major step up!

X-Men 97 absolutely rocked, and while I still have some minor issues with its pacing and writing choices, I'm hoping that they can keep it up. Even though I know the... issues behind the scenes. Still, I want to give credit where it's due.

Fallout was actually REALLY GOOD?? It's got some of its own problems, for sure, but the positives just outweigh the negatives enough for me to easily recommend it to anyone, fans of the games or not. I'm not hardcore fans of the original games have more problems than I do, but for me? It banged.

Fallout was a massive surprise and the setting of Fallout in general is broad enough to have expanded stories without going too far away from the game.
