Might I ask where the legal rates for counsel might be found? The English ones are in Schedule 3 to the The Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013 and I was interesting in comparing what is paid in your jurisdiction to here.

They are too in regulations, but the Scottish Legal Aid Board has a section on its website showing the rates for paid for solicitors and counsel in relation to all types of legal aid here: https://www.slab.org.uk/guidance/table-of-fees/
