Just get rid of the kickoff altogether, this thing is terrible.
Just have it be the other team's ball at the 25. And if you want to do an 'onside kick', you should have to run a 4th and 10 from your 35. If you make it you keep possession. If you don't, ball turnover wherever the play ends
