Cinnamon roll and chili day at lunch in high school is one of the meals in my life that I look back on with infinite fondness.

I’ve made cinnamon rolls at home from scratch exactly twice. Once was the legit way with rolling and cutting and the other way was just dumping all the batter in a pan and then streaking it with the filling using a spoon and butter knife. To this day I’m not sure which I actually prefer.
