A seller once sent me underwear instead of a soccer jersey and then doubled down before I opened a ticket and then they refunded me, saying they couldn’t fulfill the order a month later.
I once ordered a youth large baseball jersey from there and got sent a men’s large. After some back and forth with seller that went nowhere I used their customer service option and they wound up sending me the correct size and I got to keep the other one.
