You can also easily save pages on the Internet Archive by going to the Wayback Machine and putting a URL in their "Save Page Now" function https://web.archive.org/

For sites powered by dynamically retrieved data, probably not.
As someone trying to do the scripts I mentioned, you'd see it churning for far too long on a site like that...
