I try as much as I can, but it's getting damn hard to find good mom&pop local shops that carry CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays anymore; even bigger retailers/chains tend to have a limited selection. Managed to avoid it for years but still.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the guidance usually to not boycott unless the strikers request it? In some cases boycotting can actually harm the strikers’ causes by reducing their bargaining leverage.

Not that Amazon is a good company to support anyway, strike or otherwise.

This is true! I suppose I assumed it since they have called for boycotts in years past on Black Friday. But you are correct.
