Maybe the animal one has reptile references like Iguanas or something similar enough to Kobolds you could use? Depends on what type of kobolds we're talking about though, in some cultures they're more dog like and so
And here's one of my FAVORITE programs, DesignDoll, which I used to use for art reference all the time. It's a bit finicky and hard to get used to at first, and you have to have the pro version to save your models, but it's still pretty good -
