I get that law schools like to acknowledge high profile stuff that their alumni get up to, but maybe not those who are actively trying to destroy you? Discretion being the better part of valor and all.

It is quite remarkable that GOP senators seem willing to confirm the architect of this plan to hobble the power of Congress.

And also remarkable that Trump people kicked off this impoundment fight before he is confirmed.
