I think Schneider should take the fall for basically everything that went wrong this season, got almost nothing out of free agency and the o line philosophy completely tanked that side of the ball

I think Mike did a fantastic job improving the defense over the course of the season and maybe him and Schneider found a groove with the roster turnover which would be a case to keep them together for continuity but I wouldn’t be sad at all to see some guy from the ravens FO take over
