That's super helpful, thx! I was born in '95 and homeschooled. There was no requirement in college b/c I lived off-campus.

My mom wasn't antivax but she was a bit of a hippie who moved around a lot, so I suspect it's pretty likely I fell thru the cracks.

For you in particular, if you remember the various states you lived in, you might want to check with the state immunization databases (and a lot of them share records) -- not every pediatrician provided records to them but it can help. Your doctor may be able to look them up, too.

Texas has ImmTrac, for instance, and your doctor should have access. If it says you had your polio vaccination that would be very reasurring, heh.

I had to push to get my polio shots, eventually acquiring them in, like, 2021. (Home school, private school, and a complicit doctor to my sire's antivax nonsense.) Which is me going, "Push to get 'em if you don't have proof!"
