Advice pls: I am disputing a year-long double billing from Google-YouTube and my @americanexpress.bsky.social and Bank of America Visa.

Google has no customer-service phone number. CC companies can't/wont't contact Google. I have gone thru the useless Consumer Financial protection Bureau.

Help?
