The U.S. will expect allies to rally to it in the event of a clash (whether it be economic, military, or both) with China. Yet, Trump is treating U.S. allies badly. Why would Europe join with the U.S. when Trump abandoned It and Ukraine? Trump needs to support Europe and keep it as an ally.
