King Arthur Flour has some pretty good reliable recipes. I haven't tried loaf breads but I have made a lot of their quick breads. Not all GF flours are interchangeable. Start with something that says 1to1. GF usually bakes for longer at lower temps too.

You can buy decent GF bread in the frozen aisle at Kroger, but the best is to learn to bake yourself. Check out Kim Thomas on Youtube (Let them Eat Gluten Free Cake is her channel) and take the time to hunt down the ingredients for her flour blend. Worth it!

Schar barilla makes good gluten free items. Check things you wouldn't know like packaged rice krispie bars have gluten, soy sauce does (but you can sub tamari). The best is is to look from naturally gluten free items

I was diagnosed last September, so still at an early stage. However, I found this blog that provides a lot of the basics and a really good breadmaker bread which was a life saver. She has a vegan version as well as oven baked bread recipes.

Against the Grain has pretty good bread products. Jovial Gluten Free Pasta is good. You can get both at Whole Foods. Can get the pasta on Amazon also
