did you tried bun(just for package managing). I used to use pnpm, now I use bun for monorepo and package managing, it is much faster.

When it's a no-op (common case for me), bun install can be 50x faster than pnpm, it's astonishing

sometimes I need to delete bun.lockb and then I can install new packages. but 99% time, it works fine. but you don't wanna this kind of unreliability(1%) and just wanna finish work early and go home 😀, so use most reliables tools for work

For me it's pnpm's interactive updates. Shows you which packages can be updated, and lets you individually select which to update or select all.
