Sweet vs Savory is an often covered topic in this house. It's been a minute since we made a big batch so we stuck with a simple potato, cheddar, sweated onions.
I can't do cheese, and I've developed a bad dill allergy, so I often have to avoid the savory ones (and will happily eat blueberry with sweetened sour cream all day anyway). But I have been known to nosh on any combo of potato, onion, kapusta, mushroom etc if it's cheeseless and dairy-less
