ngl, I wish this was an actual thing more often in explicit rpgs.
Makes me want to try seeing if I can make pregnancy stuff a mechanic in Pathfinder 2e, but I don't see a way to do it...unless you can get knocked up with spells or foci or something? Maybe just a certain creature would focus on it...
