factory in Gothenburg followed by a week bus tour across Sweden to Stockholm. I got my 1st Hasselblad, a 500CM, at age 20, 48 years ago. I got out of sales when digital was just beginning to take hold in the industry. Now, as we all know, Hasselblad is fully owned by the Chinese drone maker DJI.

I do! Here’s my Nikon Z7 and 24-120mm f4 S that I brought to both The Netherlands and The Philippines as my “travel kit.” Absolutely the best bang for buck lens you can get for the Z-mount, IMHO. It’s still my go-to lens on my Z8 nowadays.

It's a little over 3 lbs so it's not light, but it's not super heavy either. It's quite a bit lighter than the Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 so while it's not as fast or ultimately sharp, it still gets the job done great. Unless you need the 2.8 then the 100-400 is a fantastic choice, plus you get more range!

Now this one doesn't have the range of yours (196𝑚𝑚 (on a APS-C) × 1.5 = approx. 294𝑚𝑚 (FF)) but it was 2.8 but it seemed super heavy, at least to me. I suffer from back and shoulder problems so, in the end, I had to go lighter.

Ahh yeah. You know another lens I have in an F-Mount is the Nikon 300mm f4E PF ED that’s super light and sharp. I used it for shooting on the track like for this shot! Fantastic lens if you don’t need any zoom.

It's still really a compelling body to use, even the first generation like I have. More-or-less the same sensor out of the D850 but in a mirrorless body. Excellent resolution and dynamic range, with the only "fault" being the AF not being as quick as the competition. The Z8/Z9 fixed the AF issue!

Now if a person wants an excellent macro lens, the #Laowa 65mm #Macro Lens F/2.8 is unbeatable for the price. It is a manual focus, which is better for macro anyway, IMHO. This cactus flower was shot with this lens.

This is my primary macro lens and it is fantastic. Being full manual makes focus stacking "interesting" but it can deliver the results. Here are a few shots I have taken with it on the Fuji X-S10, more details in the Alt-text.

Yes those were all with the 65mm Macro. When I had to switch from Pentax to Fuji several years ago the Laowa was the best lens that I could afford and has not disappointed 😁

how close do you need to be for the max size? I'm using a sigma 150 for many years, and it's perfect for me: 20+cm away for no shadow + not scaring. switched from manual to mainly autofocus recently, because my eyes got worse :P

I also have a teleconverter. My fav accessories are my Fuji extension tubes, Raynox filters, Helios 58mm lens. Rarely do I take my Fuji 80mm macro lens out, too heavy. I use the 80 lens in my studio.

Yes, and, you're right, it is too heavy... I bought the 90mm on really good deal (used) but since I love to shoot macro too, I sold it and got the 80mm f/2.8 macro, which is also great for portraits. It almost always stays on camera. I'm now shooting an X-T4.

That is similar to how I got started... Mine was the X-T1 and a XF23mm f/1.4 then I bought the XF18-135mm. I also sold the 18-135 later.

This is my actual #fujifilm combo. I love the XF 23mm f2 because it's so light and built like a tank. During a flight and a trip, I just split the body and the lens in my pockets.

I also like the green piece of tape covering the always falling button. It gives it a rugged look! 💪

My X-T1 lost that same button right after I got it. I ordered a replacement from Amazon & it never fell off again. 🤷‍♂️ I never had the X-T3 but on my X-T2 & X-T4, it never fell off. I have the XF23mm f/1.4 which is a great lens for stills but, for action, it's too slow. I also have the XF35mm f/2.0.

My friend 3D printed me 3 replacement buttons, and it was easily falling... so the tape is the best fix. 🤣

The F1.4 are impressive for still, but the focus speed, weight and price made me choose the F2 version.
