My take on the current leave twt discourse is that i think artists would be more succesful at convincing folks to move if they used strategies that don't involve guilt tripping and insults to convince you the alternative is friendlier

Whilst there are many obvious reasons to switch, you never know the bajillion or so reasons why someone may not. So long as they themselves ain't spewing hate or liking that kinda content, they aren't an issue.
Being aggressive just locks people in place more too.
I also think that a good chunk of active account on Twitter will probably not stop posting until, like, their accounts literally explode their computers or so much.
They have all the info to make their choices. At this point, you just have to move on and cultivate a new community here or elsewhere.
