Yeah chicken breast is best when marinated for a loooooong time. Thigh meat is the best but wings add a lot of gelatin to the dish too. Glad it was a hit!
The sauce and mushrooms/apples were the star of the show- I should have used thighs and wings ONLY and brined them first cuz the breast pieces were a lil bland/didn't get penetrated through enough with the flavors. Still very delish overall.
