I don’t think it’s unfair to say that a lot of the criticism was justified. You can accept that mistakes were made earlier in the season *And* that they have been learnt from. We could be into something very special indeed here.
Calling for him to sacked? Justified? I think a few people forgot what he achieved in his first 18 months in charge. You don't take a team from almost relegation to Champs League without having the ability to turn around a bad patch.
Who was calling for him to be sacked? You can acknowledge the job he’d done up until that point and still note that things looked less than rosy in November.
