Facts?? Nhs England hasn't been scrapped, and there isn't even a plan of how to do it. I'm a nurse and I can tell you you can feel a difference and the difference is that it's worse than it's ever been. Every shift is dangerously understaffed. We've been told there is "no money" by the board.
