The Constitution has spoken on this issue. Second-guessing the Constitution tells a dangerous story. Why would the SCOTUS cartel even consider this bizarre, draconian, self-serving regime issue? They should have refused to hear it . . . PERIOD!!! Their fealty to the despot is beyond the pale.
