It was never about efficiency, it is about dismantling gov. Eg USAID, has links to starling, musk was using both for Ukraine and Russia.
Key people now in authority, institutions neutered, mass deportations tying up courts. Key money making schemes eg oil production sold to highest bidder...🙄

Savings wasn't the point. They've shut down national parks. They want to use public land for mining and drilling. They compromised dpts that directly affect Elon's bottom line. I'm sure every decision that's been made has an ulterior motive that has nothing to do with the (failed) savings attempts.

The plan was never to cut costs. The plan was to move "expenses" to billionaire discounts. They cheated America on 1 trillion in 2016 and wanted to see if they could double that to 2 trillion dollars. The total cost for American could very well end up being 4 trillion dollars this time around.
