(I am not joking - I am seething)
Just aaa. Can't even muster the will to scream at this point. D:
I'm an AMAB cis person (would prolly transition, I still am genderfluid, well, genderidk under all this), but damn, cis people really gotta stop.
(but they won't and it sucks. D:)
Trans people don't go through all this strife, stigma, abuse from other aspects of society for shits n giggles...
Being queer is seen by non-queers as an academic topic - not an existential one. Any voice about my or my friends lived experiences are met with indifference at best, questioning my sources(!?), and dismissing them.
Yeah, well, I do feel like transitioning. So I guess I'm... not cis. xD
But also, baby genderidk, so yeah, did not know this. So again, thanks! :D
woman: "i wanted to transition and my only option for money at all was sex work."
researcher: "so as you can see the trans women simply *choose* to do the sex work for *fun* and *frivolous* reasons. perhaps they just like it because they are fetishistic freaks?"
Some people refuse to believe that transitioning is necessary or even beneficial. It's like a fad or a diet to them.
as analysis this makes no sense
