Stealing a police car. Morons.

A 21-year-old man is in custody after allegedly stealing a Tulsa Police patrol car and leading authorities on a high-speed chase that ended on the Muskogee Turnpike. They were responding to a disturbance when an officer got out of their vehicle to help someone.
