I am deeply worried about US transgender communities right now. I want to help, but I don’t know how. And I already feel a great deal of guilt, because many found asylum here, and I imagine our exodus may feel like we’ve torn a hole in their oxygen tanks.

It is a terrible thing, to feel unsafe.
