The problem is that vaccines won't be covered by insurance if they get away with it. So if any kid is not up to date with their vaccines, I'd recommend they do it now.
Indeed, it is high time that, starting in 2025, countries require American citizens to provide proof of vaccination against certain contagious diseases to cross their borders. This measure would help limit the spread of infections and prevent overburdening healthcare systems.
I don't know how much, if any, has changed, but I do know that as an Air Force brat, I always got shots before we traveled to other countries and my parents had to prove that we had gotten those shots.
Last time I took my kids to Europe they didn't ask for proof, but then again we're not a third world country. But I'm sure they wil start soon, that's the first thing they do to immigrants when they arrive to a first world country, vaccinate them. It's required.
The tourism industry will suffer, hotels, restaurants, entertainment centers, and all of those are run by people, no tourism, no jobs, etc.. He's an idiot, but people voted for him.
