I remember seeing this game in stores, but I do fondly remember lost odyssey. Was able to snag a copy and a xbox 360 a few years back for that gem. Wish they'd do a remaster though

Don't know if it'll mesh well with you, but Resonance of Fate came out roughly the same time and is a pretty fun rpg imo! It got rereleased for ps4 and windows I believe. Its a turn-based game with guns that has a small "puzzle" mechanic to explore the overworld

What a weird story, but I love that game so much, too! The combat was so fun, but had a tough learning curve for some.

It was definitely a learning curve for me, I would just play it, get frustrated, then come back a few months later til I got it. Once I understood what to do, it was all I'd play for a few months haha

I voted for Mario Odyssey but I do have a soft spot for Eternal Sonata. Was super starved for RPGs on Xbox 360 and that one definitely scratched the itch
