i think clearsky is okay (e.g. checking it every so often out of curiousity) but when you give the power of letting people know instantly when they have been put on a list it can devolve quickly into bullying and such

one has to actively seek clearsky each time they want to look at their blocks. with listifications you just follow the account and it responds in dms
