Unexpectedly transferring credit unions - #RivermarkCU (aka #AdvantisCU) to @unitusccu.bsky.social after some 16 years. #RivermarkCU botched the merger integration leaving us w/o access to our account(s). Their decision not to answer an email was why this all happened. #customerservicefailures
