To label the 11+ Million Holocaust victims that were not Jews merely as "other" is in poor taste.

No offense intended, to your point, the list of "others" is long and diverse - non-Jewish victims included; other religions, Roman Catholics and Jehovah's Witnesses, as well as nationalities of Russians, Poles, Ukrainians, and Serbs, and minority groups like LGBT and people of color, to name a few.

I think it's important to not only name one or a few for inconvenience sake, but to name all, if you care about naming anyone at all. Victim and history erasure is a real issue and every year more and more people learn less about what really happened and to whom. 🙏

It is important, but character limits on BSky make it not reasonable to try and list everyone. The list is VERY LONG with literally everyone that wasn't straight, aryan, nazi, that didn't annoy the reich in some way. Sometimes it's necessary to accept good, even when we'd prefer perfect.

You can create infinite threads using multiple posts.
The limit is not in the characters but in the willingness to include all victims of the Nazi regime, especially the "others" who just don't have the worldclass recognition, representation and PR that the Jews have.

I remember every day. I teach it year after year. I preach warnings and consequences of it. My question is: do ALL the descendants of those directly affected by Hitler remember? I am confused by the ADL and others who seem to support Trump and Musk while minimizing their NAZIism in the US.
