It could be an oversight. If it was native app it could features to adapt to different size classes and ensure it still support good usability for all sizes. React Native may not have replicated those features but someone still included iPad when it was listed in the App Store.
I read it is all the same code base which makes sense to keep features in sync across Web, iOS and Android. Perhaps @dimillian.app will have a SwiftUI app out soon.
It would be great if there were something like OpenAPI Generator for native views to speed up development.
Competing priorities is what I expected. If the Web version can work with larger dimensions I’m curious why they don’t just enable it for iPad. I suppose they would have to dedicate time to testing.
