I’m not saying he won’t do it, but the sheer number of civilians outnumber military personnel about 200:1. And that is assuming that they will obey orders to attack their fellow Americans. Some will, but I have a hunch more will refuse that order. Yeah, two weeks sounds about right

I hope I am wrong, so wrong. I want to be wrong. I'd give anything to be 100% wrong. But I think this is what's coming next. SCOTUS ruling ensures due process, they want to skirt the law - so he'll just suspend it and he can do anything he wants with any of us.

Here is an article from the National Constitution Center on the Suspension Clause. Interestingly enough, it was as co-authored by SCJ Amy Barrett when she was a Judge in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Lots of gray area I think, something Trump loves to make as muddy as hell.
