Cruelty is the point. We have to accept that our neighbors are shit people

There is only so much you can demand of a man. But when your audience is the terminably stupid, there is not much more that can be done.

True and given how the American electorate went for him or couldn't be bothered to stop him, perhaps it is we the people who are unfit to vote.

Of course I blame Trump. He opened the valves of right-wing hate propaganda years and years ago and refused to turn them off.
