for now, i have a blue sky on a focus timer from 0800-2000, with an option to have 5 min breaks sparingly. I've been using free time at work to read news articles..... which is.... lol..

everything except blue sky and YouTube is off my phone. YouTube is still there for tv cast purposes and I think I'll delete blue sky off my phone soon. I'm still doing the mindless scroll out of habit.
