It's not for everyone.
It usually entails 60 hour weeks minimum counting all of the after hours planning, meetings & school events.
There actually is a science to learning. The studies are always ongoing. There are many different kinds of learners. Good luck untrained people.
To make and retain excellence they need to be paid well AND watched carefully.
Classroom management, parent communication, curriculum, working with admin - all of it.
What a great eye opener that would be!
